George Bush: Stupid? Stubborn?

Bush, at today's press conference, basically waved off the National Intelligence Estimate regarding Iran's nuclear program as being irrelevant.

Obviously, he would have had a different view if the NIE had been in line with his notions.

So is Bush willfully ignorant? Stubborn? Stubbornly ignorant? A cold-blooded liar?

Or is he just a retard?
