Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a prominent proponent of debunked public health claims whom Donald Trump has promised to put in charge of health initiatives, said Saturday that Trump would push to remove fluoride from drinking water on his first day in office.

Fluoride strengthens teeth and reduces cavities by replacing minerals lost during normal wear and tear, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The addition of low levels of fluoride to drinking water has long been considered one of the greatest public health achievements of the last century.

Kennedy made the declaration on the social media platform X alongside a variety of claims about the heath effects of fluoride.

“On January 20, the Trump White House will advise all U.S. water systems to remove fluoride from public water,” Kennedy wrote. Trump and his wife, Melania Trump, “want to Make America Healthy Again,” he added, repeating a phrase Trump often uses and links to Kennedy.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. told supporters on Monday that former President Donald Trump has promised to give him “control” of several public health agencies, including the US Department of Health and Human Services and the US Department of Agriculture, if he wins a second term in November.

Kennedy, who suspended his independent presidential campaign in August and endorsed Trump, said during a livestreamed organizing event that Trump told him he’d oversee a vast public health portfolio if the former president returns to the White House, and added that he’d prioritize his agenda for “making America healthy.”

“The key that I think I’m – you know, that President Trump has promised me is – is control of the public health agencies, which are HHS and its sub-agencies, CDC, FDA, NIH and a few others, and then also the USDA, which is – which, you know, is key to making America healthy. With the additional money of Musk and the influence of Murdoch's press empire, we now have three foreigners who are aiming to take control of the Federal government with an avowed goal of destroying our democracy. Vance is a religious ideologue of the worst kind. Thiel simply hates democracy. Musk is nothing more than a rich thug who is like Trump on steroids; it's all about him and fucking everyone who is foolish enough to work for him.

They want to bring it back to the 1880s, when families were large, non-rich kids went to work at a very early age, there were no taxes on the rich, no unions, and voting was effectively restricted to white men whether by law (for women) or terror (for minorities).

Tell me this: What did he do for you when he was the president?

He thought that the government should take people's guns away and then maybe have due process. He banned bump stocks.

The Republicans had the Congress for the first two years of his term and they did nothing. Trump didn't push them because, if he's not making a buck off of something, he has the attention span of a senile goldfish.

In conclusion, if you say that Trump would be good for gun owners, that assertion is not supported by any evidence.

Mark Harvey, who was Trump’s senior director for resilience policy on the National Security Council staff, told E&E News on Wednesday that Trump initially refused to approve disaster aid for California after deadly wildfires in 2018 because of the state’s Democratic leanings.

But Harvey said Trump changed his mind after Harvey pulled voting results to show him that heavily damaged Orange County, California, had more Trump supporters than the entire state of Iowa.

You'd think that a guy convicted of 34 felonies might know something about crime, but you'd be wrong.

Violent crime in the U.S. dropped in 2023, according to FBI statistics that show a continued trend downward after a coronavirus pandemic-era crime spike.

Overall violent crime declined an estimated 3% in 2023 from the year before, according to the FBI report Monday. Murders and non-negligent manslaughter dropped nearly 12%.

Violent crime has become a focal point in the 2024 presidential race, with former President Donald Trump recently claiming that crime is “through the roof” under President Joe Biden’s administration. Even with the 2020 pandemic surge, violent crime is down dramatically from the 1990s.

Keep in mind that he lies about everything and anything (except his desire to bang his daughter). Crime is no exception.

Trump Defiles Veterans, Again

Two members of Donald Trump's campaign staff had a verbal and physical altercation Monday with an official at Arlington National Cemetery, where the former president participated in a wreath-laying ceremony, NPR has learned.

A source with knowledge of the incident said the cemetery official tried to prevent Trump staffers from filming and photographing in a section where recent U.S. casualties are buried. The source said Arlington officials had made clear that only cemetery staff members would be authorized to take photographs or film in the area, known as Section 60.

When the cemetery official tried to prevent Trump campaign staff from entering Section 60, campaign staff verbally abused and pushed the official aside, according to the source.

The TOFF's duty lying motherfucker denied that anything happened, but let's face facts, every word spoken on the record by a Trump campaign offical can be fairly taken as a lie.

This is all very much in line with Felon^34's long-held antipathy towards those who serve our country and especially those who die or are wounded in combat: Forbidding his children from serving, mocking wounded veterans, calling the dead "suckers and losers", comparing the Medal of Honor to the Medal of Freedom and so on and so forth.

The only reason that Cade Bone Spurs would visit a veterans cemetery is because he is trying to poromote himself. He cares for nobody other than himself. And that has been established beyond question.
