It would seem that if Bush has lost McCain on this issue, then the prospect of retroactive immunity for the supine cowards in the telecom industry (I'm looking at you, AT&T and Verizon) is doomed.
Obviously, if McCain is flipping on this issue, his campaign must be learning that the voters are not buying the Bush propaganda that not giving immunity to the lawbreakers in the telecom industries only aids the terrorists.
