If you were so unfortunate enough to be assigned to be a judge in the moral travesty that is the military tribunals at Guantanamo Bay, there is one sure way to get reassigned to anther job:
Rule against the government.
Fair warning to the judges and prosecutors down there and those those who are exercising any supervisory functions over them: You are incurring personal legal jeopardy by participating in that system. You may some day be held accountable for your actions.
And, should that day ever come, do not expect the "I vaz chust follovink orders" defense to hold any water.
