Old news. See the McDonalds McLibel case, where they successfully sued Greenpeace for libel for, well, telling the truth but not being able to produce expert witnesses who had personally seen Micky D deforesting jungle. England has been a terrible place to be anybody wanting to protest the behavior of large corporations for decades now, the libel laws there are atrocious and presume you're guilty until proven innocent, as vs. the reverse here in the USA.
