A Bush Foreign Policy Success

Yes, there is one.

Secretary of State Rice met with Moammar Gadhafi at his official residence and shared the evening Ramadan meal with him.

This is a fair accomplishment and the Bush Administration deserves applause for it.

(Now you can really strain your cortex and try to think of a second one. North Korea does not count, for all they have done is get back on track after getting rid of the bombastic neo-con morons who wanted to fight yet another war.)
