When Surveying Transit-Levels Are Outlawed, Only Outlaws Will Have Surveying Transit-Levels

A aide to Snowflake "They Canceled My Show" Snookie has proclaimed that the crosshairs on Palin's graphic were surveying marks.

Good luck finding too many people with above-room-temperature IQs to buy that load of offal, Bucko. Shit like that, like the rhetoric of violence that Palin loves, has consequences.

The Tea-Partiers spent most of 2009 and 2010 babbling about "watering the tree of liberty"

and proclaiming their willingness to resort to violence if they didn't get their way

and parading around with weapons

and now they are shocked that somebody actually took them up on their language.

The Tea Party owns this one, as well.

I don't get the Chinese at the top, but whatever.

I'm so very tired of the spin going on. Yes, the shooter was sick. But, really, when someone spews violent rhetoric, they're reaching the sickest among us. And if they say they didn't know that, they're lying. And if they did know it and did it anyway, they're just as sick. And just as culpable.

SP will never be indicted for her culpability, but one can hope that her 15 very long and very disturbing minutes of fame are over.

The optimist in me says so. The pessimist, however, sees more to come.

BTW, I'm a long-time reader who was dismayed by the fact that your site kept coming up "site no longer valid" or some such thing. Again, the pessimist in me thought it was a conspiracy. The optimist in me, however, kept trying.

Keep it flying.

The shooter the man who should NOT have had a gun, I wonder if the got it at a gun show?
So a nutjob, who hates anything or everything has killed what 5 people...including a federal judge...
And THEN and ONLY THEN does Palin take down the crosshairs...
You can bet your bottom dollar that Hannity and Beck and the FAT one will say this is the congrresswoman's fault
The people who claim to be the party of responsibility know it does not ever apply to them....

One can only hope that those crosshairs will be her undoing. When she first posted that "map" I downloaded it, thinking ... hmmm, this looks like incitement to me. Indeed it was.

But if not her, or Beck, Hannity, et al, it would be someone else inciting us to violence against each other. Meanwhile, the REAL criminals, the banksters and THEIR masters, laugh into their cognac.

Everyone should re-read 1984 and also The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood.

Or, split the difference on those stories and go for Heinlein's "If This Goes On --" .

I remember when GWB visited our city that people with signs and t-shirts that were anti-bush or anti-war were acually arrested and held for a few hours and then released with charges dropped, then they went further and outlawed any protests at these events and set up fenced 'Protest Zones" or "free speech zones" several blocks away. Now since Pres. Obama was elected we have teabag loonies openly carrying guns and advocating violent second amendment "remidies" at these same type of political events...yet the GOP and FOX News never once denounced these nut-jobs. You cannot endorse this angry rhetoric and then deny any responsability for inspiring insane behavior. Words do indead have power, hypocracy, thy name is Republican.

So an insane paranoid who, according to his friends, never watched TV, never listened to political radio, disliked the news, somehow absorbed by telepathy, perhaps, the tea party message, and maybe saw Palin's web site in a dream?
Keep feasting on the bodies of the dead with your leftwing wet dreams, most of us aren't buying it for a second.

Really, Magick50? For instance, you think the shooter came up with his rant on real money is only backed by gold and silver on his own? That particular rant is Right-Wing Paranoia 101. That's right out of the mouth of Glenn Beck.

The Right has spent decades spewing violent invective. The Left, in comparison, called for Bush and Cheney to be thrown into prison for their war crimes after a trial.

The Right owns this one. Run all you like, you can't hide from it.
