Egypt: Nice Try So Far

When you are a dictator and your people are revolting, trying to appease them by firing your henchmen won't cut it.

Calling out the army isn't helpful if the soldiers start siding with the protesters.

The dominos have been lined up and waiting to fall for years. We have supported these currupt governments and allowed them to siphon off the foriegn aide we send them and suppress their own people's rights, stealing election after election. How many currupt dictators do we have to support before we finally figure it out. Any bets on who's next? Yemen, Libya, Saudi Arabia? Buckle up, we're in for a bumpy ride!
Why, in't like Deja Vu, All Over Again!

The Egyptian protesters attempted to sack or embassy in Cairo this week.

Our unquestioning support for dictatorial regimes is going to reap a bitter harvest.
