John Miller, R.I.P.
John Miller was one of the last of the aviation pioneers, died yesterday at age 102. Among his many accomplishments, he flew the first rotary-wing aircraft from coast to coast.
His last words were: "I guess my flying days are over."
He was an active pilot for 84 years. More here.
