Popcorn Futures Are Trending Up

The Justice Department is asking a federal court to unseal the warrant the FBI used to search the Mar-a-Lago estate of former President Donald Trump, Attorney General Merrick Garland said Thursday, acknowledging extraordinary public interest in the case about classified records.

First off, as I've mentioned before, the TOFF has a copy of the search warrant as well as the inventory of seized items. He could have released them at any time since the search. That he has yet to do so speaks volumes.

Second, the documents seized were subpoenaed last Spring. The TOFF didn't turn them over. And this, leep in mind, was after he was requested to turn all of that shit last winter.

The TOFF's ass-kissing minions in the Congress have been screaming for the DoJ to show their justification for the search. If the TOFF files an opposition to the DoJ's motion to unseal, well, the presumption any rational adult should draw from that is that there is some pretty damning stuff in the warrant.

The right wing T$$$p defenders were writing why didn't they ask nice for the rest of what he had in his possession, he would have cooperated. In spite of the fact that they had already been down that road. Now that the word is out that there might be nuclear secrets in the files they will have to really work hard to spin that.

Simple they did ask nice, we only got 15 of 27.
Further discussion was politely ignored, so they
had to resort to insisting (warrant).

THe problem is Official secrets act is basic in that
if its secret or other wise restricted and you have
it when you should not or mishandle it as in not
protecting it from unauthorized eyes you get in
trouble big.

Drumpf did not have a security clearance. As no
longer a president he had no authority to see that
stuff never mind possessing it. Further the same
act where he did see it, or was aware of it, in the
past makes disgorging that knowledge to anyone not
permitted to know or handle that level of security.

The above is not limited to nuke secrets, it also
covers a long list of possible topics that had
restricted secret level distribution.

He (drumpf) misused his position and authority.

The right wing can mumble trash but in the end
but its really exactly that trash.

Fergus announced today that he won't contest the unsealing of the warrant and manifest, probably because they won't publicly identify what was in any classified documents he was holding.
