That ICE or Border Patrol Agent Walking Your Streets May Be a Sex Criminal

Rapists and pedophiles would seem to be welcome in both agencies.

A new report by the Ohio Immigrant Alliance, released today, pulls back the curtain on a stunning level of sexual criminal behavior within ICE and CBP. Out of 152 cases of identified immigration officials or contractors accused or convicted of criminal behavior, 131 of them, or 86.2 percent, were charged with sex offenses. Seventy-eight of them—51 percent of the entire cohort—"committed sex offenses against children—the single largest category on the list," the report states. Cases involving a CBP officer, the report finds, "are more likely to involve underage victims" than those of an ICE officer. Yet fully half of ICE officers accused or convicted of sex offenses (12 of 24) had a minor as their victim.

And, again, these are just the agents known to be connected to such crimes. Indictments are rare. ICE and CBP officers who commit sex crimes are at the intersection of two different strains of impunity: the impunity typically extended to men for violence against women; and the impunity typically extended to officers of the law.

Rapists and child abusers are tolerated within their ranks. Almost half of their crimes were committed on the job, including inside their offices. The story has a lot of wrenching detail.

Nothing will change, since our president is also a rapist and pedo.

ICE, Now With Even More Torture Devices

ICE agents will soon be equipped with gloves to help them torture people on the street.

And they're lying about people "almost running them over" with cars as a pretext to shoot them.

He thinks that not complying with an ICE goon is grounds for summary execution.

Nowhere, outside of the Deep South (and only if you fail the paper bag test) is not complying with a cop's orders justification for them to kill you.

But things are different for the ICEstapo, a record of hiring people who are unfit to be real police.

The Murdering ICE Bastard of Maine

Initial reports were that the killer had been a VA cop. Those reports were not complete.

The federal immigration agent who shot and killed a 26-year-old Colombian man in Biddeford has been identified as David Michael Brouillette.

If you read between the lines of the story, it becomes clear that Brouillette is the sort of clown who hops from one job to another. That's indicative of a guy who keeps getting into trouble, often for excessive use of force, and he quits ahead of being dsciplined and losing his POST certificate (or whatever they call it in Maine).

In short, he's just the kind of cop ICE wants to hire: Barely qualified, mentally unstable, and prone to shooting people on a whim.

Note Bene

There is no corner, no section of Hell that is not too hot or too nasty to accomodate the spirits of ICE agents.

What happened in Maine was flat-out murder. A local cop in most states who shot that guy would have been arrested and prosecuted.

But not ICE.

May every last ICE agent, when they die, rest in piss and rot in Hell.

ICE Murders and Lies

All of the men in the van where ICE murdered the driver, who are undocumented and are being held apart from each other, are saying the same thing: There were no agents in front of or behind the van and that the ICE goon kept shooting after the van was stopped. The killer stuck his gun into the van from the passenger side's window and executed the driver. Because you don't shoot a driver in the gut from the front of a vehicle.

ICE agents are murderous cocksuckers, slaying people under the color of law and then brazenly lying to cover it up.

Job #1 is defunding ICE and spinning up a new agency with almost everyone working there barred from future employment.

But don't cry for them. They can all go do the jobs that immigrants now do: Picking crops, roofing in the hot sun, working meatpacking plants.

ICE Kills Again

A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer fatally shot Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, a Mexican national who lived in the U.S. for decades, as the homebuilder drove his construction crew to a Houston job site.

His death set off protests in Texas’ largest city and calls from Democrats and Salgado Araujo ‘s family for an independent investigation. The shooting on Tuesday in a heavily Hispanic neighborhood is at least the eighth death during the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement campaign.

The Department of Homeland Security, which oversees ICE, has said federal officers were conducting a targeted operation to arrest a person in the country without legal status when it attempted to stop a vehicle driven by Salgado Araujo. In a statement, DHS said Salgado Araujo rammed an ICE vehicle and that a federal officer fired a weapon in self-defense.

The track record of ICE has been that their stories about what happened in previous incidents have fallen apart under further examination. Not to mention they have a well-documented history of stepping in front of vehicles and using that as a rationale to kill people.

You might remember that the case against the Broadview Six fell apart because of fuckery by the prosecutors and ICE agents. It was so bad that, when the Six sued for malicious prosecution and demanded that the government pay all of their attorney's fees, the Justice Department Trump's Legal Enforcers immediately agreed to pay them as a way of preventing any move towards discovery.

ICE is a lawless paramilitary group. Those miscreants need to be prosecuted and their agency defunded and recreated with people who understand that their first duty is to the Constitution and the law.

ICE: “We Only Arrest the Worst of the Worst.”

The Catholic Diocese of Brownsville said that on Sunday, Sister Leticia Ugboaja was detained by agents as she was walking to attend mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in McAllen, Texas.

Sister Ugboaja was released the same day she was detained, according to Rep. Monica De La Cruz, a Republican, who initially posted on Facebook that her office was working with DHS to "resolve Sister Letty's detainment as quickly as possible."

I have no doubt that the news that the ICEstapo had arrested a nuns gave Stephen Miller a world-class stiffy.

ICE Agents Commit Perjury Without Penalty, Because They Are Above the Law

In the days after the arrest of a Venezuelan man working as a food delivery driver in Bellevue last June, the Department of Homeland Security made a series of alarming allegations.

Gabriel Hurtado-Cariaco, 31, was referred to by DHS as a “criminal illegal alien” and a “known Tren de Aragua terrorist.” The agency said he “violently attacked an ICE agent” by slamming her head into the ground and attempting to choke her to death. At a preliminary hearing, a Homeland Security agent and a federal prosecutor said Hurtado-Cariaco received “special forces-type training” in the Venezuelan military and may have been involved in “killing people, hurting people, [and] committing human rights violations.”

At no point in either video is Hurtado-Cariaco seen choking the female agent. Instead, the videos show agents placing Hurtado-Cariaco into a chokehold on two separate occasions as he attempts to break free.

It isn’t clear when prosecutors became aware of the videos. McWilliams said the U.S. Attorney’s Office was aware of the existence of the videos early on in the case, and had the videos in their possession before seeking the indictment for attempted murder. The U.S. Attorney’s Office did not respond to requests for comment about the timeline in time for publication.

In short, there are ICE agents who apparently committed perjury and at least one prosecutor who may have attempted to commit fraud on the court.

The judge said that the "embellished" reports by ICE agents were "troubling". Well, no fucking shit, Your Honor. They lied to you.

No ICE agent should be given any deference or credibility. They think they're above the law and they'll lie without shame.

ICE, America's Secret Police

They are taking the stance that even mentioning the name of an ICE agent is illegal.

Two U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents issued a warning to a Syracuse woman Tuesday to remove a social media account they said threatens federal agents.

Paigelynne Gonyea said she believes they are referring to a January post where she named the ICE agent who shot protester Renee Good.

The agents handed Gonyea a form letter that says they were investigating threats made against ICE personnel. The form says the agents had identified an Instagram account they believe breaks federal law. They asked her to remove and discontinue the behavior, according to the unsigned document she shared on Instagram.

Gonyea posts frequently about immigration on her social media accounts. In January, she posted the name of Jonathan Ross, citing news reports. Ross is the ICE agent who shot protester Renee Good in Minnesota. His name has been widely reported in news stories and other social media posts across the world.

Gonyea said she does not consider it doxxing to quote a news story and call for an indictment.

“I didn’t dox his personal information, such as address, phone number,” she said.

I don't know if mentioning the name of one of the ICE goons is enough to get their panties in a twist, or saying that one believes is that the named agent committed a crime and should be indicted is the threshhold.

But what is scary is that ICE is taking the time to go around and intimidate citizens who publicly oppose their Gestapoesque methods.

ICE Runs Concentration Camps

Literally. They're overcrowded and inhumane and something that one would expect of the SS.

Three Democratic members of Congress said they were horrified that immigrants were being stuffed into holding cells “like sardines” at a Mesa Immigration and Customs Enforcement holding facility they showed up to without warning on Thursday night.

The visit came in the wake of the Arizona Mirror’s reporting on Thursday detailing how the Arizona Removal Operations Coordination Center, located at Mesa-Gateway Airport, has been operating far over its 157-person capacity for most of this year.

The Mirror’s reporting prompted Ansari, Stanton and U.S. Rep. Adelita Grijalva to conduct a surprise oversight visit on Thursday night. When they arrived at the facility at around 9:30 p.m., they saw firsthand just how overcrowded it was — and the harm it was doing to the people being detained.

“What we saw tonight inside the facility was shocking,” Stanton told reporters outside the Mesa facility after the brief tour, calling the conditions inside “significantly overcrowded.”

He described concrete rooms with no bedding or blankets, packed with people mostly laying on the floor. When the lawmakers entered the facility, many of those individuals also scrambled to the doors of the holding cells, asking them for help.

Nazi bastards like Miller, Bovino and Trump, no doubt, get stiffies from reading such accounts. But running actual concentration camps is a stain on what little honor we have left as a country.

ICE, Standing Around Airports, Not Doing Masks

Here are a number of pictures from airports around the country, where ICE agents are standing around, doing nothing. But at least they're not out on the streets, detaining, beating and murdering Americans.

One thing is clear: This is, yet another unbaked Trump policy that wasn't thought out by anyone. Trump just gave an order with zero thought of implementation, and nobody else in the downstream shit flow had any idea of what to do.

Funny how they're now not worried about somebody taking their pictures.

Fly the Fiendish Skies, If You Can

Flights are being cut back:

United Airlines plans to cut less popular flights — including mid-week and overnights — until the fall, in response to surging fuel prices triggered by the war in Iran, CEO Scott Kirby said Friday in a company memo.

Jet fuel prices have “more than doubled in the last three weeks,” Kirby said. US jet fuel prices rose to $4.56 per gallon on Friday, up from $2.50 on February 27, before the war started, according to data from Argus Media. That could cost United an extra $11 billion this year alone — more than double what the company has earned during its best year, Kirby noted.

And when you go to the airport, you might get groped by a goon whose previous posting was clubbing brown people. That there are over twice as many TSA agents as ICE agents doesn't matter to Grampaw Pedo the Sundowner.

Only Fascists and Nazis Defend What ICE is Doing

On Jan,. 23, Judge Gary Klausner, a George W. Bush appointee in the Los Angeles area, ordered the release of a 70-year-old Iranian woman who was ordered deported in 1999 but whose deportation could not be effectuated at the time. She was detained by ICE in November, but when she filed a lawsuit seeking release, the administration did “not have an opposition argument to present.”

Klausner was floored: “It appears that Respondents arrested a chronically ill, 70-year-old woman, who came to this country to avoid religious persecution and applied for asylum, who has lived here peacefully for 26 years and complied with all check-in requirements and other conditions of release, who has no known criminal record and poses no threat to anyone …then kept her in detention for months without sufficient medical care—and they do not have any argument to offer to even try to justify these actions.”

If you work for ICE or the Border Patrol, you are a stain on the Constitution. You probably wipe your ass with the American Flag.

You dishonor all of us. We are all diminished by your rampant lawlessness.

Quit and find a job more in keeping with your talents, like working in a pork meatpacking plant.

A man being detained by ICE died from sepsis caused by an untreated tooth infection.

Medical Pros Don't Like Working in ICE Concentration Camps

Medical professionals from the Public Health Service have been sent to help out at ICE's concentration camps.

Here's a shocker: A number of them don't want to work in conditions that are so inhumane and they're quitting.

ICE is evil. We are fucking with the soul of our nation in letting them do what they do.
