Who's the Biggest Crybaby?

You know who it is, of course.

Trump at a Cabinet meeting today: "I probably was abused more than anybody in the history of our country."

Right. The spirits of those who were part of the Long Walk of the Navajo would, if they could, shed tears for Crybaby Donnie.

So would this man, Peter:

Or this man:

Or Emmett Till:

But none of those people would matter to Weeping Donnie, the Biggest Narcissist Since Nero, because he is just so, so abused and anyway, those folks were not white.

The sad thing is that nobody at that meeting had the stones to stand up and sy: "Sir, you're just crazy. I quit."

Because It's Friday

Carding These Down, Here

Thursday Morning Tab Clearing

AI may be good for some comedy:

Meanwhile, it is being alleged that the companies involved in AI are hiding huge amounts of debt in the same way that Enron did.

It’s an extremely costly undertaking built on seemingly bottomless hype — and a mountain of debt. As Japanese financial newspaper Nikkei Asia found in a recent investigation, just five US tech giants — Alphabet, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, and Oracle — are hiding an estimated $1.65 trillion in debt that doesn’t appear on balance sheets. That’s even more than the $1.35 trillion in debt the five companies officially reported in their financial data for the most recent quarter.

Meta alone has amassed around $420 billion in off-balance-sheet debt, according to Nikkei, highlighting how precarious the AI industry’s steep investment in AI has become, and inspiring comparisons to energy company Enron, which collapsed in spectacular fashion in 2001 because of similar debts hidden behind shell companies. Like Enron, they’re using special purpose vehicles, or off-balance sheet arrangements such as legally distinct subsidiaries, as a way to make their financial reporting look healthier than it actually is — often a glaring sign that something is deeply amiss behind the scenes.

We'll see if our largely corporate-owned media covers this. It's probably a good bet that you won't see a mention of it on CBS or in the WaPo. When the AI bubble bursts, it could be bad.

Elsewhere, Julie DiCarlo, a reporter, posted this:

It's funny how many men come into my mentions to "protect women's sports" but have zero other posts talking about women's sports, or even women, in any kind of meaningful or supportive way.

— Julie DiCaro (@juliedicaro.bsky.social) July 29, 2026 at 8:58 PM

She is exactly right. Trump and the rest of his ilk have done nothing to support women's sports, other than requiring genital checks. They've been ramming through anti-abortion laws that have essentially required doctors to let women having problem pregancies die. And they haven't scrapped Blanche's nomination because of his active role in hiding All Things Epstein.

Fauci Hearings Today

One thing about the hearing today:

Republicans have nothing for the 2026 election.

They really don't. They have nothing to energize their suporters. Inflation's up, gas prices are up because of Trump's Stupid War, Trump is fixated on bullshit like his ballroom and the GOP is doing zip point shit to help the American people. The only people left that support him are his MAGA loyalists. Only Nixon as he was being shown the door was less popular.

Because they have nothing, they're not trying to persuade people to vote for them. What they are trying to do is gin up enthusiasm among their base to vote by revisiting QAnon's greatest hits: COVID and the 2020 election.

Yet here's the thing: They like to forget who was the president when the COVID pandemic hit, who was the president who signed off on the mask mandates and who ramrodded the fast development and production of the COVID vaccine. But we all know that it was their guy, the Demented and Bloated Orange Narcissist-in-Chief, good old Agent Kraznov, himself.

Tell Me Again That Musk Isn't a Racist, Plus More

Jamelle Buie has the evidence.

The Googly-Eyed Russian Tool serving as our FBI Director is going to Moscow to do what.. report in person?

Meanwhile, the case against James Comey is falling apart. His legal team subpoenaed Amazon. They found out the there have been zero subpoenas to find out who is selling 8845, 8846 and 8847 merchandise. They asked how many sellers were offering such merchandise. The answer was a lot.

Mr. Comey’s defense obtained records of products that were offered for sale on the Amazon ecommerce platform displaying the numbers “8645,” “8646,” or “8647,” prior to May 15, 2025.15 Ex. MM. The materials returned were extremely voluminous.16 I understand that to sell a product on Amazon, a vendor needs to have an Amazon Store Identification Number (“ASIN”). An ASIN authorizes a vendor to sell a product, but having an ASIN does not mean that the vendor will complete any sales. A conservative analysis of the information provided by Amazon in response to the subpoena indicates that prior to Mr. Comey’s post, the total number of ASINS for products featuring the logo “8645” was 97,797; for products featuring the logo “8646” was 29,837; and for products featuring the logo “8647” was 81,418. The total for products featuring any of the three logos was 209,052.

Once the Comey case ends, likely with a dismissal with prejudice, the prosecutors who brought the case, all the way up to Trump's consigliore, should be disbarred.

If You Are Stupid Enough to Give Musk Access to Your Money….

...then you deserve what happens to it. And to you.

X Money, a core part of Elon Musk’s mission to turn X into an “everything app,” is rolling out starting today, 9to5Mac reports.

X/GriftCash isn't insured by the FDIC, so if it craters, "depositors" lose everything. But Musk will walk away with a hefty payout, you can bet your bottom dollar on that.

In Both Health and Defense, The Trump Administration is Corrupt and Lies Without Shame

The Demented Ancient Toddler and Pretty-Boy Pete habe been playing games to fudge the casualty count in the Iran War.

Meanwhile, in a story that's been floating around for awhile, the Trump Administarion worked with Taylor Farms to both delay the recall announcement and to try and pin the blame on Taco Bell.

MACV was a paragon of honesty and truth compared to Whiskey Pete's operation. And everything move by the Trump Administration in any field is soaked in corruption.

So When is Musk Being Frogmarched Onto a Deportation Flight?

He's aim immigrant from South Africa, so he should be one of the first to be booted out.

But of course, silly me. "Remigration" doesn't apply to white people.

Anyway, some folks might be all in favor or "remigration":

CPAC is a Right-Wing Foreign Influence Operation

The Hungarians under Orban were funnelling money to CPAC and now that's over.

At a press conference on Monday, [Prime Minister] Magyar said Orbán’s government had given government funds to CPAC and the Mathias Corvinus Collegium, a Hungarian residential college that Orbán critics have described as “an institution designed to breed right-wing intellectuals,” according to The New York Times. In condemning the alleged payments, Magyar called for investigations and said that while CPAC is welcome in Hungary, the government would no longer pay the group.

The payments were apparently illegal under Hungarian law, so look for Orban and his cronies to be doing time.

Donnie's New Tariffing

Sure, the last round of tariffs were ruled to be illegal and the Treasury's having to give the money back.

Trump's trying again. You might wonder why.

I think it's pretty clear. Trump's a career criminal. Since he's not getting arrested or imprisoned, the worse that'll happen is the Supremes will say "tut, tut" again. And, after it's all over, he'll try again.

Because that's what criminals do. They keep criming until they're stopped. And Demented Donnie has learned, over the last sixty years, that nobody'll stop him.

Racists Still Gotta Be Racist; Loomer Ed.

Besides Loomer losing her paycheck from Orban (as Tam posits), one thing hasn't changed:

She's as much a brain-dead, hateful racist as she ever was.

I don't know how she tells the difference between Muslims and anyone else, other than seeing women wearing hijabs. But racists are mostly small-minded pathetic people who have to feel superior to other people.

The number of measles cases in the U.S. has surpassed the record-breaking tally for all of 2025, with five more months of 2026 still to come.

This is on Bobby Brainworm and all of his low-wattage antivaccine loons.

Meanwhile, the same cabal of half-baked lunatics have been casting asperions at Vitamin K shots for babies, the predicable results are happening.

Butlerian Jihad Now, Please

ChatGPT maker OpenAI said Tuesday that its artificial intelligence system hacked into another AI company on its own in what the company called an “unprecedented cyber incident.”

“We had a significant security incident during evaluation of our models,” OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said in a statement posted on social media.

Q: Who could have foreseen that an AI system would go off on its own and do things it wasn't supposed to?

A: Anyone who has ever read science-fiction stories since the first one was printed over two hundred years ago.

The utter blind arrogance of the tech bros pushing AI along will end us all if they are not brought to heel.

What's Going On With Looney Loomer?

She's been spouting Russian propaganda for years, but now she's in Ukraine. And she's singing a different tune.

Laura Loomer, an ardent ally of President Donald Trump with a reputation for incendiary social media commentary, sat down with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Thursday after a dramatic turnaround on the war that could have political reverberations back in Washington.

Loomer had spent years minimizing Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and amplifying Russian propaganda to her nearly 2 million followers. This week she had a change of heart.

“Just experienced my first air raid in Ukraine. Sirens blaring. This is everyday for every Ukrainian,” Loomer wrote on X during her visit to the country. “I often said I don’t care. Looking back, that wasn’t very nice of me to say.”

Your guess is as good as mine as to what is going on.

He calls them "heros". Yet he's been quoted as calling those who fell in battle "suckers" and "losers." He's wondered aloud why anyone would join the military. He forbade his kids from signing up after 9-11. And, of course, he's a draft-dodger from a long line of draft-dodgers.

He's just a despicable, sniveling hunk of protoplasm in an ill-fitting suit.

And he's a racist whose people allegedly rigged the National Civics Competition to keep a Sikh kid out of the top three so that only the white kids would win.

Elon Musk is Several Froot Loops Short of a Full Bowl

He seems to have absolutely lost his shit over the casting of The Odyssey.

I gather that none of his handlers have managed to convince him that The Odyssey is a myth. It's a story that may have a kernel of truth in its core, but it may not. Hell, scholars debate whether or not the Trojan War occurred or if there was some ancient conflict over 3,000 years ago that was mythologized into the Trojan War. Odysseus probably didn't exist, but even if he did, most of the creatures described in the take didn't exist-- witches, sirens, multi-headed sea monsters, cyclopses, Greek gods, etc.

I don't know how one has a "historically accurate" representation of something that never happened in the first place, but then I'm not the World's Richest Parasite.

Airpower Does Not Win Wars

Exhibit 1: Iran.

U.S intelligence agencies have assessed that further strikes on Iran aren’t likely to achieve any progress with regard to the U.S.’s war aims, a new report finds as the Trump administration approaches Congress to ask for $87 billion more to fund the war.

The Washington Post reported on Monday that intelligence analysts have “concluded that Tehran and Washington are, for now, stuck in an indefinite limbo between peace and war” that would not be resolved with further strikes. The report, largely prepared by the CIA, finds that there is little reason to believe that Iranian officials will be impacted, nor will further strikes change their positions at the negotiation table regarding provisions on sanctions or the Strait of Hormuz.

Which leaves invasion, conquering and occupying Iran, which would require more infantrymen than the U.S. has, "infantry" being taken to mean trigger-pullers in all branches. And that assumes that nobody gets killed along the way. Which isn't going to happen. But if it does, the Demented Draft-Dodger will be the second GOP Yellow Elephant/draft dodger to send thousands of America's youth to die in a quagmire on the Asian continent.

Trump has chosen to get into a wrestling match with a tar baby. Almost everyone outside of the circle of the Senile Old Blohard and Pretty-Boy Pete can see that reality.
