President Donald Trump is considering removing Jeanine Pirro, the US attorney for the District of Columbia, over a Justice Department conclusion that problems with the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool stemmed from a flawed renovation rather than vandalism, two people familiar with his thinking told CNN.

The president is “furious” with Pirro, one of the sources said, telling CNN that he fumed about her all weekend. They added that based on his criticisms of her, they find it “highly likely she’s removed from her job.”

As I pointed out yesterday, Pirro and her subordinates know the risks of charging people without evidence. Trump doesn't care, of course. Odds are good that a new US attorney who brings charges unsupported by evidence on Trump's say-so is going to be disbarred. For I have a feeling that the judges and the bar associations have had their fill of this stupid shit.

Reality and Fantasy Collide Over the Reflecting Pool

President Donald Trump on Saturday sharply criticized U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro’s assessment that damage to the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool was the result of shoddy construction and not the work of vandals, as he claims.

Pirro’s office, in a court filing on Friday, moved to drop criminal charges against a former Olympian, David Hearn, who had been accused of deliberately damaging the pool after it underwent a renovation ahead of the nation’s 250th birthday celebration last month.

Trump, in a posting on social media, acknowledged that there “may have been some contractor difficulty” in the installation of a new pool liner. But he continues to insist “the major damage was caused by VANDALS!”

Donnie Demento and his suckups like Burgham can continue to lie and spin and fuss all they want. And I'm sure that Pirro would like to sing along with the Fabualist Choir of Asskissers, but she has a real problem. Both she and the attorneys working for her are answerable to judges and to state bar ethics committees. And neither are impressed by hype and lies.

Pirro is licensed in New York, I believe, and this is what the professional responsibility statutes have to say about that:

If they persist with charges that are patently false and unsupported by evidence, there can be trouble. A number of the Bloated Lying Orange Boss's attorneys have lost their law licenses for lying to courts and for bringing absurd claims pushed by Cade Bone Spurs.

Pirro, and the attorneys working for her, are well aware of that. They also know that those who sacrifice themselves for Don Snoreleone don't end up well. And so they aren't going to do that.

Meanwhile, the case against James Comey is falling apart. His legal team subpoenaed Amazon. They found out the there have been zero subpoenas to find out who is selling 8845, 8846 and 8847 merchandise. They asked how many sellers were offering such merchandise. The answer was a lot.

Mr. Comey’s defense obtained records of products that were offered for sale on the Amazon ecommerce platform displaying the numbers “8645,” “8646,” or “8647,” prior to May 15, 2025.15 Ex. MM. The materials returned were extremely voluminous.16 I understand that to sell a product on Amazon, a vendor needs to have an Amazon Store Identification Number (“ASIN”). An ASIN authorizes a vendor to sell a product, but having an ASIN does not mean that the vendor will complete any sales. A conservative analysis of the information provided by Amazon in response to the subpoena indicates that prior to Mr. Comey’s post, the total number of ASINS for products featuring the logo “8645” was 97,797; for products featuring the logo “8646” was 29,837; and for products featuring the logo “8647” was 81,418. The total for products featuring any of the three logos was 209,052. 

Once the Comey case ends, likely with a dismissal with prejudice, the prosecutors who brought the case, all the way up to Trump's consigliore, should be disbarred.

Disbar Blanche Now!

President Donald Trump’s lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service over his leaked tax returns was filed for an “improper purpose,” a judge said Monday in a scathing decision that referred one of his lawyers for potential disciplinary action and characterized the $10 billion complaint as an exercise in self-dealing.

U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams accused Trump and his lawyers of having manipulated the court system when he sued a federal agency under his control, bypassing a requirement that parties in a lawsuit must have adverse interests and laying the groundwork for a settlement that granted him immunity from tax audits and created a fund to compensate allies of the president who say they were unjustly persecuted.

The judge referred Trump attorney Alejandro Brito, who filed the case, for possible disciplinary action before the state bar in Florida and said another lawyer, Daniel Epstein, will not be granted permission to file within the Southern District of Florida for up to a year.

A spokesman for the Trump legal team responded to a request seeking comment from Brito with a statement that blamed the IRS for allowing his tax returns to be leaked.

The judge also ordered that her ruling be sent to the state bars in New York and the District of Columbia, where ethics complaints have been filed against Blanche and Associate Attorney General Stanley Woodward.

This case wasn't about graft or bribery, it was outright theft. The lawyers who worked for him on it were enabling a crime.

Everything Trump touches turns to shit, including the reputations of those who work for him.

Blanche should also keep in mind that the last personal lawyer of a president who was then appointed AG ended up in federal prison.

Trump's Quota for Black Students

The upshot is that if there are too many Black or Latino students in a medical school, that is prima face evidence of discrimination for Trump.

Note that there was no meaninful difference in test scores and qualifications between Black, Latino and white students. But that made no difference to Trump's Legal Department...too many Blacks just has to mean discrimination against white people, in their pea-brains. I'm guessing if that the med schools' classes were 100% white Christian men, that nobody in the Trump Administration would have a problem with that. And the schools will get that message.

Vindictive prosecution. Tainting the grand jury process. Lying to the courts. Trump's DoJ is a corrupt entity. Every judge should give them the same deference that they would give to a Mafia lawyer just off a six month suspension for ethics violations.

I do believe deeply in the presumption of regularity and that most government attorneys are doing the best they can to do the right thing. That trust has been broken.

Trump Trashes the DoJ

For those who know something about the legal profession, this is gobsmacking:

For decades, working for the DoJ has been considered a plum job for attorneys. The best and the brightest wanted to work there. For those who had ambition, it could be a pathway to a well-paid career. Unless you had some pull somewhere, you wren't getting in without graduating from a decent law school with a high class standing.

But now, under Trump/Bondi/Blanche, the DoJ will not only take anyone they can get (kind of like the Army during the Iraq War), they're offering signing bonuses. Which tells you that they're not geting the best and the brightest, they're recruiting from the clowns at the bottom of their class ranking in lower tier 4 law schools.

The reputation that will now come with working for Trump's Legal Department will put one at a firm that chases fender-benders, offers cheap divorces and closes deals on trailers. Because the employment market for partisan goons is not that great and will become even worse as this administration sinks into the morass of the bottom of the reputational pile.

Epstein

The DoJ has also been improperly redacting documents to protect Trump and other well-off assholes. But that's no surprise, the Trump/Bondi DoJ has always been about protecting the elites from the fallout from Epstein. She did the same when she was attorney general of Florida.

The Trump Legal Department is not at all interested in determining who was raping kids. Their sole focus is protecting Epstein's and Trump's friends.

All around the world, people in other countries are paying a price for consorting with Epstein. In this country, because Epstein's best friend is in the White House, it's basically crickets.

Let me make this clear: I don't give a shit who was involved, Trump, Nutlick, Clinton, Musk, Gates or the Pope. If anyone was involved in trafficking and raping kids as young as nine years old, they should be stood in front of a firing squad and shot on live TV.

Pirro Loses, Again

A man tried on a felony charge of aiming a laser at presidential helicopter Marine One while it was transporting Donald Trump was acquitted recently by a jury in Washington DC – which reached its decision in about 35 minutes Tuesday.

Other sources say that the laser in question was a cat toy. Obviously, the jury laughed this one out of court.

The Fix is In on ICE Murders

At least four leaders of a Justice Department unit that investigates police killings have resigned in protest over the administration’s handling of the fatal shooting of a motorist in Minneapolis by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, according to three people briefed on the departures.

Top leaders of the criminal section of the Civil Rights Division have left their jobs to register their frustration with the department after the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon decided not to investigate the ICE officer’s fatal shooting of Renee Good last week. The criminal section of the division would normally investigate any fatal shooting by a law enforcement officer and specializes in probing potential or alleged abuse or improper use of force by law enforcement.

The Demented Orange Farter, the Hillbilly CouchFucker, and ICE Barbie the Puppy Slayer have all decreed that Ms. Good was a terrorist before her body had begun to cool, so of course the DoJ isn't going to do any investigation.

The FBI has gone back to its bad old days of being a political intimidation force and not anything remotely concened with enforcing the law.

Meanwhile, ICE is arresting, confining and beating American citizens (what is politely called a "Kavanaugh Stop") and then citing them for "not carrying alien paperwork" because they are brown and have a Latino name. ICE is nothing more than the Klan with badges. Their brutality, spread nationwide via various forms of media, are making "abolish ICE" into the moderate position.

Eventually, the needle will move far enough that even the so-called leaders such as Jeffries and Schumer will see it and find their spines.

The Justice Department said Wednesday that it may need a “few more weeks” to release all of its records on the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein after suddenly discovering more than a million potentially relevant documents, further delaying compliance with last Friday’s congressionally mandated deadline.

"Oopsie, we just found a million more Epsten documents"... sure they did, sure they did. Were they safely stored in a bathroom at Mar-a-Lao? In Melantonia's skivvy drawer? Maybe in Bribable Bondi's garage?

There is no DoJ anymore. It's a conglomeration of taxpayer-paid lawyers that serve the interests of the Ancient Orange Sundowner.

Trump's DoJ Forges Epstein Docs

They're salting the files with shit that's not from the Epstein files.

From what I've read, while the Epstein Files Law required the files to be released yesterday, something light eight-tenths of one percent were released. Trump and Bribable Bondi clearly are going to slow-walk the release and, as they have been doing, redacting the shit out of what is released to protect Trump to the maximum degree. And they're also removing files that were released.

Trump and the GOP clearly think that it works for them to smear Bill Clinton. Everything Trump does is projection, he thinks that becaue he has his party defending his pedophilia, that Democrats will defend Clinton if Trump can implicate him. News flash: They won't. Clinton may be a major boogeyman to the Right, but to the Democrats, he's last-century's news.

The Justice Department on Thursday failed to secure an indictment against New York Attorney General Letitia James, a person familiar with the matter told NBC News.

The presentation to the grand jury came less than two weeks after the original criminal case against her was dismissed.

A grand jury voting "no bill" when a prosecutor is pushing for an indictment is rather rare, as the standard of proof for an dictment is pretty low, roughly "we think he done it." That they couldn't persuade a grand jury to indict is pretty damming.

Border Patrol Chief Greg Bovino Is a Motherfucking Liar and a PerjurerandThey Can Indict a Ham Sandwich, But Not Convict It

Border Patrol chief Greg Bovino, who led a series of increasingly aggressive raids across Chicago and its suburbs, lied about firing tear gas at protesters in Little Village and tackling a man outside the Broadview ICE facility, a federal judge said Thursday.

He lied repeatedly (and so did his subordinates and the government's lawyers). That should be noted in any case he testifies in down the road.

Meanwhile, Drunken Jeanine lost another one:

Border Patrol Officer Greg Lairmore received two "gag gifts" related to the incident — a plush sandwich and a patch featuring a cartoon of Dunn throwing the sandwich with the words “Felony Footlong” — which the defense team argued showed this was not a serious event in his life.

Lairmore had testified that the sandwich “exploded all over” his chest and claimed he could smell mustard and onions. But a photo showed that the sandwich was still in its wrapper on the ground after it hit Lairmore in his bulletproof vest.

So, yet another cop got on the stand and testilied about the facts of the case.

The one difference between the American Gestapo and the original is that, for now at least, their bullshit sometimes gets dragged into the light in front of a jury.

Comey Indictment

By now, unless you've been in a cave or a coma, you know that Trump's DoJ, on his direct order, procured an indictment of James Comey.

the Feds to Comey probably doesn't have many political friends. In the space of a year, he managed to piss off both Republicans and Democrats, by investigating Trump over his connections to Russia and by throwing the election to Trump. So it's probably a smart move to go after him, first.

But it's still both pernicious as hell and likely to fail. A president publicly acting as a shot-caller for the DoJ, which formerly operated somewhat independently, turns the criminal justice system into a travesty. It would have, in an earlier time, been enough to trigger an impeachment. It may also make it harder for prosecutors in other cases to win convictions, as it may be in the minds of jurors to wonder whether or not the charges are fair.

It's likely to fail as the defense will have a wealth of information to show that Preznit Voldemoron has been trying to prejudice the case. It may fail because his handpicked stooge may have to run the case herself, as no career prosecutor was willing to sign the charge sheet and, for some reason, La Stooge signed and filed two charge sheets and then denied knowledge of that to the judge. She may have to present the case as a complete newbie and she's already demonstrated to the judge that she doesn't know what she's doing. It's quite likely that the case will fall completely apart. I would not be surprised if the defense was able to suggest that, what with the directed dropping of the Homan bribery case, that there's not justice coming from the DoJ.

Pirro Welcomes Militias to D.C.

Federal prosecutors in Washington, D.C. have been directed not to pursue felony charges against people caught carrying rifles or shotguns in the city, a dramatic departure from long-standing practice. The instruction, confirmed by US Attorney Jeanine Pirro in an email obtained by The Washington Post, follows guidance from the Justice Department and its solicitor general.

It does sound as though she's signalling that they're looking for another stupid punk-ass kid like Rittenhouse.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has directed that the Justice Department move forward with a probe into the origins of the Trump-Russia investigation following the recent release of documents aimed at undermining the legitimacy of the inquiry that established that Moscow interfered on the Republican’s behalf in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

Bondi has directed a prosecutor to present evidence to a grand jury after referrals from the Trump administration’s top intelligence official, a person familiar with the matter said Monday. That person was not authorized to discuss it by name and spoke on condition of anonymity to The Associated Press. Fox News first reported the development.

As everyone should know, by now, this is all done to try and distract the American people and the MSM from one central fact:

ICE Lies With Impunity

US immigration officers made false and misleading statements in their reports about several Los Angeles protesters they arrested during the massive demonstrations that rocked the city in June, according to federal law enforcement files obtained by the Guardian.

Out of nine “assault” and “impeding” felony cases the justice department filed immediately after the start of the protests and promoted by the attorney general, Pam Bondi, prosecutors dismissed seven of them soon after filing the charges.

In reports that led to the detention and prosecution of at least five demonstrators, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agents made false statements about the sequence of events and misrepresented incidents captured on video.

One DHS agent accused a protester of shoving an officer, when footage appeared to show the opposite: the officer forcefully pushed the protester.

"Testilying" is an old tradition of bad and brutal cops and the ICEstapo is living down to that. The saving grace, nowadays, is that somebody is always taking video of what the cops are doing. That has been true since a BART cop murdered Oscar Grant 16 years ago.

You can bet the farm that not a single one of those lying ICE goons will suffer any consequences for their offical lies.
