He thinks that not complying with an ICE goon is grounds for summary execution.
Nowhere, outside of the Deep South (and only if you fail the paper bag test) is not complying with a cop's orders justification for them to kill you.
But things are different for the ICEstapo, a record of hiring people who are unfit to be real police.
Let's see if any reporter asks Homan if the Capitol police should have just begun shooting on Jan. 6th.
