The AGs in both Texas and Pennsylvania are in hot trouble.
My view is that a lot more prosecutors should join them. Not turning over potentially exculpatory evidence to defense counsel has become a national epidemic. Too many of those turdlets have forgotten that they're in the justice business, not in the winning cases business. They've reversed the old principle: They're willing to send a hundred innocent men to prison to avoid the risk of a single guilty man going free. And racism and sexism may be a part of the problem.
So while that's not why these two idiots are in trouble, I'll take what I can get.

To bad Paxton is in hot water for something simpler, fraud. He recommended investments without revealing he was getting a referral fee. And this all came out BEFORE he won the election.
Agree. And the first one that needs to be run out of town on a rail is Baltimore's Marilyn Mosby for her attempts to gain fame and personal fortune by persecuting six good police officers in the Freddie Gray case and trying her case before the TV cameras instead of focusing on the facts and evidence, much of which wasn't even in yet before she launched her jihad.
I guess the words "Jihad," "persecuting," and "good" kind of made me really consider the facts.
