The memorial for Renee Good, who was killed by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent, was set on fire Tuesday night, a Minneapolis City Council member said.
Jason Chavez, who represents the area where Good was killed, said someone poured gasoline on a fenced part of the memorial at 33rd Street and Portland Avenue.
The Minneapolis Police Department said someone set fire to a pile of wood, and the fire was extinguished by the time officers arrived around 8:45 p.m. No one was injured, but several items at the memorial site were damaged.
"This is despicable," Chavez wrote in a social media post.
Neighbors and observers worked to extinguish the fire, according to Chavez.
No one has been arrested, police said, and the fire is under investigation.
Meanwhile, noted fascist wimp and asshole buddy of the Hillbilly CouchFucker, Curtis Yarvin, is having a cow because Trump isn't moving fast enough to destroy our republic. I don't know why he just doesn't get on an airplane and fly to a country whose political system would better suit him, but my guess is that he's either too stupid or too lazy to learn Mandarin or Russian.
My guess is that Yarvin, who seems to want to see everything burn down, would lose a fight with a few Brownie Scouts.

China is an ironic but not a good destination for a white supremacist. Russia probably considers non-Russians to be at least one tier down on the hierarchy though they have some tolerance for sufficiently rabid supremacists a la Nick Fuentes and Clarence Thomas.
