The Wasatch County Republican Party Chair is behind bars after police investigated reports that he was “waterboarding” his 16-year-old family member.
David Nephi Johnson, 54, has been arrested and charged with intentional or knowing aggravated child abuse, a first-degree felony.
She wasn't the only kid that this sick perv allegedly beat and waterboarded.
As tyhey were stuffing this pervert into a cruiser, he was yelling "I have rights!"
He does, indeed. He has the right to remain silent, but I'm betting he'll talk himsel into a goodly stretch in prison, which will be cut short by a shanking.
