Needlessly because CBP cowboys didn't coordinate with the military.

Migawd! Are the exigencies of operations requiring Trump & Co to be competent and coordinates? A tall order for the Rapid Fire Klowns.
The Department of CBP Training uses the Keystone Cops manual as its primary source. But somehow missed the humor. It's another instance of knuckleheads leading the clueless.
A CBP drone flying in American airspace is definitely a hostile aircraft and should be shot down.
