Help the Refugees

Unicef is a reputable group. There are others.

You can find sites that will tell you how to donate to support the war effort, but if you work for the Feds or you have a security clearance, providing direct support to a foreign government might land you in a spot of trouble. (Moreso if you then lie about it.)
