Don't Bring a Gun to a Snowball Fight

A DC cop pulled a gun when his Hummer was pelted with snowballs.

If a civilian had been stupid enough to do that, he's be looking at some serious jail time. Care to bet that the DC cops will probably just sweep it under the rug?
