For those of you who are in synch with the line of shit being handed out by Guiliani and the rest of the neo-fascists in the GOP that "waterboarding is a CIA swimming lesson," consider this:
In 1983, Texas sheriff James Parker and three of his deputies were convicted of waterboarding prisoners. Parker was sentenced to ten years in Federal prison.
After World War II, Japanese interrogators were convicted at war crimes tribunals for torturing prisoners by the use of what was then known as the "water cure."
