Wow, You Thought Our Cops Were Vicious?

They have nothing on the British cops. A man fell into a diabetic coma, so the cops tasered him.

That must be a new treatment in the upcoming revision to the Torquemada Medical Manual.

Actually, Sheriff Joe over at the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department (Phoenix, AZ) was there first. Surely you don't think some effette limey can invent brutality better than our own America's Toughest Sheriff, do you?!
