Airbus, Boeing and the Tanker Contract

Airbus's win at the Federal Court of Claims to overturn the award of a new Air Force aerial tanker contract to Boeing has been overturned on appeal. (Alabama Aircraft Industries is the ~~Airbus puppet company~~ final assembly company for Airbus.)
