Rachel Maddow had a clip of him speaking on her show last night. Honestly, it was quite something.
Perhaps Nakagawa-sama was engaging in the fine Japanese tradition of speaking one's mine with a little wine and then blaming the wine for anything offensive. Gomen nasai! O-sake ga imashita!
