Boy Scouts of America "Tool of the Year" Award

was awarded to George W. Bush.


He probably has a lock on "Tool of the Decade" and "Tool of the Century," as well. Good thing for him that the Third Millennium started three weeks before he took office, otherwise he'd have locked it down for the last one.
