Bulldozing Christchurch

At least a third of the buildings in the central business district of Christchurch, NZ will have to be torn down. The death toll will likely exceed 300.

Earthquakes that hit cities are almost like being bombed in an air raid, only without the air raid sirens giving warning (and without incendiaries).
