The Diplomats are Revolting
"Hell, I've known that for years," said George Bush, upon hearing the news.
Secretary of State Condenscenda Rice is sending a cable to all US embassies and missions about the need to send moretargets diplomats to Iraq.

They might be revolting, but revolution is us what it is. Like you, I took and oath to protect and defend the Constitution, and so did the FSOs. I don't consider that my obligation to the Constitution has ended simply because I'm no longer in uniform.
The FSOs are the "exquisites" of State - the top plops on the pile. They agree to worldwide assignment. They're professionals. I shouldn't have to say more than that. Unlike the grunts they can walk away. I disagree with Pat Lang, however, that we're in the sedition territory.
If this is sedition, I say that we should make the most of it.
