Cape Air (Hyannis) has painted its Cessna 402C N2748Y (msn 402C-0248) in this special color scheme for the W Retreat and Spa on Vieques Island. This aircraft will be dedicated this winter to fly guests of the hotel to the resort and will only operate on the SJU-VQS route.There is a nice photo of the airplane at the link.
