  1. We have a similar rape spree going on in Kansas City. A man now called the Waldo rapist (for the part of town where his attacks have occurred) has been terrorizing women for a number of years, now. This guy goes into the homes of single women so apparently he is watching. Since he is described also as a black man, some blacks have been stopped while going about their legal business. Waldo isn't a good place for a black man to go right now.
