In the opinion of Arlington Mayor Russell Wiseman, President Barack Obama's speech on Tuesday night on the war in Afghanistan was deliberately timed to block the Christian message of the "Peanuts" television Christmas special.ABC will air "A Charlie Brown Christmas" on December 8th and December 15th, something that apparently escaped this idiot's attention.
Wiseman made the statements on his Facebook page, where he declared Obama to be a Muslim.
Every time President Obama does something that hacks me off, bigoted idiots such as Mayor McSpooge of Arlington, Tennessee surface to show that the other side is still far, far worse.

At another point he said, "you know, our forefathers had it written in the original Constitution that ONLY property owners could vote, if that has stayed in there, things would be different........"
More specifically, wasn't that, uh, white male property owners?
I'm not a member of the Obama fan club. I didn't even vote for the man. But Christ on a crotch rocket, this shit is getting ridiculous. These people are genuinely unhinged.
And stupid, into the bargain.
(Then again, I stopped calling myself 'conservative' even before the GOP went all gung-ho for torture, so ...)
A point well worth remembering -- the true nature of the other side. It wasn't always as bad a "W" made it but it was never good. Well, not since Teddy Roosevelt decided to leave them. And it's well worth remmebering he was a fluke too. The "real" Republicans hated him.
As to mixing religion and politics...don't get me started.

I was wondering what Obama's game was. All along I knew he was some kind of Manchurian Candidate but I couldn't figure out his True Agenda. NOW we know: Obama is an agent of the shadowy army that is making War on Christmas! Health care, gay rights, Afghanistan...these are all red herrings. The real goal is to replace Christmas with Kwanzaa.
This is the worst disaster America has faced since George Bush preempted Veronica Mars in 2004. I will never forget!
I made the mistake of telling a Republican that I was not too happy with Obama these days, and she lit up with an "I told ya so" look in her eye.
So I stopped her and said, "He's not the liberal I voted for, but he's still better than any of those Republican crooks and imbeciles."
