Sometimes someone comes up with a nickname for Our Malignant Preznit which just sums it all up:

Dorquemada.

I am so going to use that! "Dorquemada" will work until it gets replaced by other titles, such as "Fugitive from Arrest," "Defendant," and, of course "Convicted War Criminal."
