The Term is "Obstruction of Justice"

One of former President Donald Trump's long-time assistants told federal investigators that Trump repeatedly wrote to-do lists for her on documents from the White House that were marked classified, according to sources familiar with her statements.

As described to ABC News, the aide, Molly Michael, told investigators that -- more than once -- she received requests or taskings from Trump that were written on the back of notecards, and she later recognized those notecards as sensitive White House materials -- with visible classification markings -- used to brief Trump while he was still in office about phone calls with foreign leaders or other international-related matters.
...
Sources said that after Trump heard the FBI wanted to interview Michael last year, Trump allegedly told her, "You don't know anything about the boxes."

That's the TOFF, telling people to lie to the Feds about his shit.

Meanwhile, he's been running his gob and probably giving his attorneys ulcers. All the stuff he's been telling reporters is probably admissible as an admission against interest and they can be played for the juries. It could be cut into a "Greatest Hits: Donnie Admits He Did Shit That Was Against the Law" tape.

Sometimes reading about Trump not having a clue about so many things that are necessary to the highest office in the land, I get reminded about the movie "Prince and the Pauper". One scene has stuck for years where the replacement king is cracking walnuts with the Royal Seal because he didn't know what it was really for. Maybe there is an actual competent and decent Trump out there that traded places with this moron. Nah, a competent Trump is only fiction like the Mark Twain book.

Mark Twain and H.L. Mencken would have had a field day with the TOFF. Especially Mencken, who would have seen the White House adorned by a downright moron.
