What an incredibly assholish thing to do, even by the standards of a big city government. The word "sabotage" comes to mind...
(Not that I would ever feel sorry for anyone who owns an aeroplane, of course)

"Assholish" is standard procedure in Chicago, where the city government regards the city itself as a fiefdom. Chicago is very high on the list of cities that I would not live on on a bet (Newark and Camden, NJ are two others).

Every time I see that picture it depresses me to know that evil wins. It's an object lesson that we do have leaders and government that can go rogue and this time it was only some concrete and not shooting people, some thing that has been done before.

The creep should die a death of a thousand cuts.
