Really, he did do a good job. His (and FEMA's) efforts were not supposed to be search and rescue, but to help rebuild afterwards....It was Nagin's failure, and Blanco's that screwed all those people in the early days after the storm had left....
But don't let facts get in the way of your anti-Bush hatred.
