Many more people than Jews were murdered by the Germans in the Holocaust. But it cannot be forgotten that the Jews were the principal reason for the industrialization of mass murder by the Third Reich.
In Israel, air-raid sirens sound at 10AM for two minutes. People stop what they are doing and stand in remembrance.*

My Parents were Jewish and my Sister and I were raised to be whatever we chose to believe. I was taught at a very young age about what had happened then and told matter of factly that "I have lost relatives" due to the Holocaust.
Santa may have been a white lie but this was not.

the Klan was active in my town in the 20's, burning crosses on the bluff behind my granddad's house... it's a dink little Minnesota river town... since there were no blacks here their targets then were Jews and Catholics... their kids, my contemporaries, are racists and worst, their grandchildren are just as racist as I discovered a few days ago looking at their rants in a Facebook group
They DO remember, kudos to them. Never again, and don't let the revisionist historians wipe out what happened!
