The FCC is going to kill it. The cable providers will work just like HughesNet, where if you want a lot of content across your connection, you're going to pay for it.
When you get down to the core of things, it doesn't matter which party is in power anymore. They don't care about you, other than a little bit of pandering to con you into voting for them. They differ around the margins, but they both exist to serve the interests of the oligarchy.
