Yesterday, a virulent racist killed two people at the JCC in Overland park and a third person at a nursing home. Asswipe has a decades-long record of being a Nazi, Klan member, failed political candidate and felon.
The subtle irony in this tragedy is that the two people Asswipe gunned down at the JCC were both Christians: A doctor and his grandson, who was an Eagle Scout. The child, Reat Underwood, was there to audition for a scholarship talent contest.
Update: The third victim, Terri LaManno, was Catholic.

This guy is a 3 plus time loser but he is a white guy so I really wonder just how much time he will serve. He already 'got off' from some serious stuff. I want to see some justice for once but after the latest rounds of court fail I am doubtful.

Well, he is an old white guy who might not do well in prison.
Yeah, you can never tell with judges these days. Perhaps he "won't do well in prison." Perhaps vicious, cold-blooded murder "doesn't have the appearance of murder," or perhaps the judge will just relish the idea of rubbing our faces in the fact that there's no law in the United States: Just punishment for the powerless.
Sadly, it's too late to give him Jeffrey Dahmer for a rommate...

Maybe the reason he got off despite "some serious shit" is the same reason that Al Sharpton has. Snitching on other criminals cuts down on your convictions and time served. It would not be the first time the feds protected some vicious (cough, Whitey Bulger, cough) criminal for their own reasons. Maybe he ran out of KKK scum to betray in the carolinas and had to move to MO to find new scum.
bearsense, yup, he was a felon-in-possession, which, if they really want to land on him, is good for ten years for each weapon and each round of ammunition.
Plus, because he committed a Federal crime in killing those people, the gun specification is a capital offense.
Only way this guy is coming out of prison is in a box.
