People think an old rifle isn't deadly because new ones have been invented?

I think that people around the world have gotten so used to the idea of "spray & pray" with fully-automatic carbines that they have forgotten what a decent rifleman can do.

And these guys, mind you, are using designs that are over a century old, primarily with open sights. Even if they have optical sights, a scoped Mosin has, at best, a 4x scope.
