Proper Spelling Is Important

I'd go down and paint it (properly punctuated, spelled and capped) on their pretty glass monstrosity of a building in downtown Philly if I thought I could get away with it.

Comrade, when it's a case of trying to get it written ASAP in order to avoid spending time in police custody, yes, two additional letters would have required 40% more time and given 40% more chance of being caught, so .... :).
