Looking at the video they 'pull' up the hill and 'back' coming down. Can't help but wonder how they are powering the lights on her!

I've wondered if that last pass with an oil can before they run is more for the parts or just to give some old-timers something to do?
I know those steam engines need oil, but don't they have automatic oiler cups for that?
