The US secretary of state, Mike Pompeo, claimed on Sunday there is “enormous evidence” the coronavirus outbreak originated in a Chinese laboratory – but did not provide any of the alleged evidence.So here we go again, another Secretary of State catapulting the propaganda in order to push a bullshit claim to meet the nefarious aims of an administration of evil.
The difference, this time, is that this Administration's propaganda is being put forth to help obfuscate the obvious fact that the Trump Administration was asleep at the switch for months. It's trying to cover up that Trump's push to reopen everything is based on cherry-picked data that has been chosen by Jerrod the Wunderkid.
Is that any better than ginning up the intel to justify an unnecessary war? The difference, this time, is the brunt of the Trump Administration's lies will be borne by the American people, not foreigners. Trump might as well tell it straight: He's willing to fill up cemeteries to boost the stock market, because that's what he's going to run on. Trump could tell the truth that all he cares about are the billionaires and his supporters would accept that. Just as they are swallowing Trump's pathetic excuses for why he did not a fucking thing for months as the pandemic gained steam.
Meanwhile, our own domestic terrorists are seizing on the pandemic to gin up trouble. When you hear or read someone talking about "the boogaloo", odds are good that you're listening/reading the words of one of those racist nutjobs.
The anti-vaccine imbeciles are also trying to catapult their sick agenda on the back of the pandemic. One should never trust people who willingly align with American Nazis.
Meanwhile, Pence has admitted that he screwed up by not wearing a face mask when he visited the Mayo Clinic and that he missed an opportunity to lead by example. Good for him.
Meanwhile, J. Crew has filed bankruptcy. They are yet another retailer that was badly weakened by the vulture capitalistsand was, thereby, unable to take the hit of the pandemic.

Yeah, I for one would fully support the brand-new "Office of Presidential Bullshit Editing for Truth and Clarity" but fear that it would starve the networks of content so badly that they might have to resort to broadcasting news instead.

The government covid counter website showed zero deaths by June 1 this morning at 7 AM Hawaii time. Now it says zero deaths in August, with an estimated 300k deaths. Trump will be lucky if he contracts covid and dies before the reckoning arrives.
