Is This Where I Get to Say "Toljaso"?

US intelligence agencies believe Russia acted covertly to boost Donald Trump in the election race, US officials have told leading newspapers.

A report in the New York Times says the agencies had "high confidence" about Russian involvement in hacking.

A CIA assessment reported by the Washington Post made similar findings.
Trumps brain-dead riposte of "they wuz wrong about Saddam Hussein" is about as kindergartenish as it gets.

A Lithuanian artist knows the truth of the matter:

Expect the stalwart investigative committees in the House of Representatives to take zero interest in looking into this. (They would have spent millions to investigate Clinton for improperly removing a hangnail.) After all, Darrell Issa and Jason Chaffetz are first-rate political tools, and not the kind that one can buy at Harbor Freight.

The big question is, what do we do about it?

Only thing I can think of is to declassify enough material for a briefing to the Electors, just before they cast their votes.

And, sadly, the CIA isn't a credible source....hasn't been since before Kennedy.

Not that I doubt what you say here, I just don't see how to prove it...

"“I’ll be the first one to come out and point at Russia if there’s clear evidence, but there is no clear evidence — even now,” said Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee and a member of the Trump transition team. “There’s a lot of innuendo, lots of circumstantial evidence, that’s it.”".

B: So the CIA is worthless unless they need bogus reasons to start a war they already wanted to start?

The part of this I don't like is the part where congress was briefed on this in September and McConnell threatened to brand any release of information to the public "an act of partisan politics" so no official statement was made, yet Comey came out officially with an entirely bogus claim about emails in fucking October and somehow that was OK.
And I'm sure that none of that had anything to do with McConnell's wife getting a cabinet position.

What B is doing is known as "poisoning the well." It's a rhetorical tactic, much like "No, it isn't!"
