All Hail His Fraudulency(tm)

Thing is, he knows it, too.

At least the Marine Band already knows President Trump's Official Theme Song:

Now commence the Kakistocracy!

Also, I saw on the FB that the Wingnuts are creaming their jeans because Trump returned a salute. I guess they've forgotten that he has no respect for POWs* and that he was one of the rich draft-dodgers during the Vietnam War who could afford to have a compliant doctor write him an excuse note.

Take a deep breath.

The country survived 8 years of the Obamination, it will survive Trump as well.

My side had to hold it last 2 terms, now yours does.

But the country will survive. There are limits (thank God) to how much a President can fuck up the country.....

B, the ferocious travails you had to survive were all imaginary, or, at the very most, differences of opinion. Get ready to face real hardships brought on by your side.

Actual economic disasters. Actual losses of government function that affect YOU, actual foreign policy disasters that result in lots of American deaths.

And one could say the same about your imagined future disasters. Your unreasonable fears. Your whines about what might be (but won't because we have that pesky Constitution thing)...

Kinda like when the world of Leftists gave Barry the Nobel Peace Prize before he even took office. They wanted something SO bad, and treated him like a messiah....even before he had done anything ('cause he certainly hadn't prior to being President).

We had Barry who tried to remove our freedoms. He did screw up our economy, increase our debt, cause inflation, reduced employment, totally screwed up our Health Care insurance system to the detriment of anyone who worked or was trying to, and pissed off our international allies.

But the country survived Barry's ameturish attempts to be President and his attempt to "Fundamentally Change" the country, and it will survive Trump too.

B, you strike me as a totally ignorant git, but could you explain your comments? Obama ruined the economy? The Dow is up over 200% during his term. General Motors is alive, when Mitt Romney wanted it to die.

What freedoms did he remove? You guys spent 8 years pissing your pants that Obummer was gonna come take your guns. Never happened. Are you willing to admit you were wrong?

ACA was perhaps not the best imaginable health care system, but it was loads better than the status quo ante. Millions of people wee able to get health care. And please don't spew any bullshit about how anyone can go to the emergency room to get free health care. A, it is not free. The hospitals will dun you vigorously to get back their costs. B, it is the most expensive type of care, and when the hospitals fail to recover their costs, the bills don't just disappear, the expenses are passed on to people with insurance.

Piss off international allies? Who was it who said that NATO was obsolete? Who said that America might not honor it's treaty commitments. That was Trump, you ignorant SOB.

The deficit did grow on his watch, but it was slowed considerably. W was vastly worse, and McCain or Romney would have been worse.

I agree Obama didn't deserve the Nobel Peace Prize, but I recognize that award as really just being a sigh of relief that W was out of office.

Obama was not all I hoped for, but I think he is the best President in my lifetime (dating back to Eisenhower). Given the mindless racism, the damn near traitorous level of Party before Nation the Republicans forced on him, he did better then there was any reason to hope for.

So put up or shut up. Explain how Obama was so terrible. I doubt you can, just as I doubt you have the trivial amount of guts it would take to respond to this.

Comrade Misfit, if I have violated the "play nice" rule, I hope you will forgive the rant.

Keaaukane: The debt went up, the deficit was cut to a third of what it was at the end of 2008.
The ACA repeal will cost between 2.5 and 3 million jobs, according to Forbes, and kill between 20,000 and 50,000 poor people annually.

It made Medicare solvent for another decade, slowed the inflation of health care costs dramatically and employed millions of people in rural areas hardest hit by the the crash perpetrated by the last Republican administration.
I could go on, but what's the point? You guys have the same internet I do and the information to debunk at least five of the lies B just told about Obama are not more than a few mouse clicks away, so I can infer that you don't care what is real and that you just really hate Obama. That's your right, at least as things stand right now, but I've really kinda had it with the lies and insanity, thus this probably un-called for rant.
If I'm in violation of house rules here, I apologize, and just in case let me say a hearty thank you to Comrade Misfit for running this joint.

Keaaukane, "ignorant git"-- Yellow Card.

Arguing is fine, even heart-felt arguing. But please, no personal attacks.

CM. I will shame facedly accept my yellow card. However, I would like to say that "ignorant git" was like a love poem compared to what I wanted to say. I will try to do better.
