Is George Bush in Cahoots with the Iranians

Bush and the Iranians seem to take turns at saber-rattling. Yesterday it was Iran's turn.

It seems that every time that the price of a barrel of oil shows signs of dropping, either Bush or the Iranians say or do something that has the effect of jacking the price back up.

I'm not thinking that this is coincidental.
