Trump is Betting that Iowans are Retarded

President Donald Trump, looking to shore up support in the U.S. Farm Belt during a tight race for re-election, is taking steps to help producers of corn-based ethanol using a list of policy goals that a group of Midwest senators discussed with him a year ago, according to two sources familiar with the matter.
Right. 3.65 years in office and, only now, he starts to move om things important to boost the use of ethanol.

"I'll pay attention to what you want for six weeks, vote for meeeee!"

People who react approvingly to such news have to be thicker than a telephone pole.

Ah, E15 again, and timed so it can’t kill cars before people vote, lovely! What do 2020 Mercedes-Benz, Mazda, Mitsubishi and Volvo vehicles have in common...none of their cars allow the use of E15, along with some Nissan’s and Subaru’s. BMW only approved E15 for 2020’s, not earlier models, and the statements by the EPA that all cars since 2001 can use it safely have been proven wrong. Most cars since 2012 will tolerate the E15, but a lot aren’t manufacturer approved to use it, possibly potentially voiding warranties (original and extended) to many people’s surprise.

Biggest issue I've had with E15 besides poor mileage is it has poor
storage characteristics. As a stand by fuel it has to be treated
or it does bad things.

How do I know, its that time of year when lawn mowers appear at
the curb. Why? Gummed carb from that bad fuel.

Ethanol, it's why your car guzzles "gas", runs like shit, stalls at the stop sign water running out of the tailpipe and the town smells like a really wet diaper. The people who voted for it should be required to take a test to prove they're smart enough to vote.

As I understand it, only a few Large growers actually profit from that crap. It's not like your average farm grows corn for it. It might look good on paper for Donny to be "For" corn, but the reality is that only his rich buddies will profit from it, while we all pay the price. More smoke and mirrors.

Ethonol is no way ecological, carbon neutral or good in any way for the environment either. Takes much diesel and fertilizer to grow the corn. A loser just like hydrogen.

Its he big lie with a little flourish, then appeal to
emotion, and then replaced with another.

ITs just more LIES.

When drumpf is looking to support something its via a lie,
followed by a plan he as preznut cannot implement, in two
weeks like many before it will be forgotten, and it will
never happen.

Just look at the 2016 Rethug platform and see how many really
happened or went the wrong way. Then look at the current
2020 platform which is simple, we'll do the 2016 platform
again.
