They took a gun from the guy and then shot him.
He was holding a cell phone. The photo that DHS posted about the gun is an old one.
This was a summary execution. Every ICE officer within 50 miles of Minneapolois should be charged with complicity to commit murder. In Minneapolis, you are more likely to be murdered by Bovino's goons than by anyone else.
Not one dollar for ICE and the Border Patrol. Mark and remember: Every word from a DHS spokesperson must be presumed to be a lie, until proven otherwise. That includes the articles, conjunctions and punctuation.
Not one dollar or one vote for any politician who supports ICE and the Border Patrol.
Here is my warning to those evil killers:
Your guy will not be in power forever. The side of good will regain power. And then, we will come for you. There is no statute of limitations on murder. It took almost eighty years to bring justice to Nazis after the war; if it takes that long, we will still get justice for your crimes.

But know that there are jagoffs out there, like him, that would have cheerfully helped stuff German boxcars in 1941.

I watched three different videos. When the got him down the ICE thugs
had what appeared to be a handgun and was beating him in the head
or maybe his face. He was down at that point then shots.

Agents of the Government saw a civilian with a gun as a threat, so they disarmed and killed him. The NRA has talked for years about gun rights to oppose a tyrannical Government. Their response was to blame leftist politicians. I hate to break it to those 2nd Amendment hardliners, but the Government is now coming for your guns…make a choice.
I re-read the Declaration of Independence yesterday for the first time since high school in the '70s. Its bill of particulars against King George is eerily similar in many spots to what we're going through today.
Does the fact that he had two magazines according to ICE Barbie and DHS make a difference? How come she didn't mention whether they were high capacity or not. She's slipping. I can't see in the videos how many hands he has to carry and flaunt, phone, handgun (Later to be called a machine gun for effect) and the magazines. The other armed hands must have been hidden in his pockets.
