Holding someone down and shooting pepper spray in their face is nothing other than torture.
Border Patrol and ICE officers are torturers. They have no respect for the rule of law and the Constitution.
They are also grabbing kids off the street.
They are all monsters.
And since they wear masks to hide their identities, they all belong in prison.
