The batshit crazies who infest the Florida legislature want to make it defamatory to accuse of being homophobic, sexist, racist and bigoted, even if true, would be punishable by a fine of up to $35,000.
So even if your crazed Trumpist neighbor flies a Confederate flag and shouts antisemitic slogans and you counter by calling him out for being a racist fuck, you can be sued.
There is no longer any good reason to live in Florida, visit there, or do any business with an entity there. Leave the state to the mosquitoes and the MAGA racists.
Oh, and fuck Utah, too.

Eck, the plan is to pass it and see what the Courts will leave intact as a base to work forward from. If it’s nothing, they water it down and try again.
I used to snowbird to FL, but they don't want us woke people spending our money down there anymore. If you aren't woke, you're asleep.
I spent some time in Floriduh in 1970, my impression back then was we should sell it back to Spain. It has gone downhill even more since then.
