Chip is snuggled in between me and the couch cushions.
The other day, he ate his dinner a little too fast (he can down a can of Fancy Feast in under 4 minutes). A little bit later, he horked some of it back up. Once he was done, he inspected the mess and ate the pieces of food that he deemed to be worth of salvage.
I had forgotten how entertaining it can be to watch a young cat at play. He throws the toy mice and chases them. Sometimes he gets some good air on them and he'll twist around to grab them.

Amazon has an electronic bird-sound toy called Chickadee Chirp ($5). Tigger played with his like there was no tomorrow. Every time it was thrown or batted around it would chirp. Until he decided one day to give it a bath in the water dish. I thought the battery would never die until that incident, but he still plays with it, even if it doesn't respond.
Our oldest was born outside to a semi-feral mom. We invited her and the kitten in at nights, and after about 3 months momma decided it was a nice place, despite the strange, Persian cat, and left the kitten there. Till then, the kitten would play on the patio with dead mice momma brought along. I remember her shaking one little mouse body until the head popped off.
Good to see Chip had taught you to sit and stay, Comrade.
Looks like you got a good one.
