No, once she filed a lawsuit alleging that her brand and opportunities had been damaged, she became fair game. Just like little Ivanka is now in the crosshairs because the President is trying to bully a business into selling her fashions.
Melania is suing because she was called a (former) prostitute in print.
The money stuff in this third (I think) filing is probably an attempt to jack up potential damages to bring the publication to the negotiating table.
